1. Domestic Shipping Coverage (All Lebanon)

We are proud to offer nationwide shipping across the entire Lebanese territory, covering all governorates and districts. Whether you are in Beirut, Tripoli, Sidon, Tyre, Zahle, or any surrounding region, our high-quality essentials will be delivered directly to your specified address.

2. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders—such as during holiday sales or major promotions—shipments may be delayed by an additional day. Should there be any significant delay, we will proactively contact you via email or phone.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

4. Shipping Rates & Charges

5. Order Tracking & Confirmation

6. Payment Upon Delivery (Cash on Delivery - COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for all domestic orders.

Payment must be ready at the time of delivery.

Our courier partner accepts payment in US Dollars (USD) and/or Lebanese Pounds (LBP).

Please ensure you have the approximate exact change ready for the driver to minimize delays.

7. Delivery Issues and Undeliverable Orders

Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete. Issues arising from incorrect details may result in delayed delivery or additional charges for redelivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If our courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts (usually 2-3 calls/visits), the order may be returned to us. In this case, additional shipping fees will apply for the redelivery of your order.
